Challenges are there to be tackled and that often requires "blood, sweat and tears. Obviously not literally, but entrepreneurship comes with prosperity and adversity and my belief is that commitment is the basis for long-term success.

After training as a business economist in Amsterdam, I developed into a hands-on CFO, supplemented by over 10 years of experience in the interim market at PWC and later ConQuaestor. Of these, I was a member of the management board for 5 years and ultimately responsible for the interim activities. I have also done several interim management assignments myself, both in financial and general management roles, including at Bestfoods, Unilever and Nevi.

In my role as Partner Interim & Governance I am the first point of contact for all interim, crisis and transformation management questions and I am always looking for how I can help the entrepreneur and the organization to realize their ambitions and goals.

Contributing to concrete results by putting "the right man or woman in the right place" makes me enjoy working every day.
