Interim - bridging and sharpening strategy for business service provider

With the unexpected departure of the company's Managing Director, an acute need arose to temporarily fill this role. On the one hand as the first point of contact for the organization, but also for all external stakeholders. Not least because the organization was at the beginning of refining its strategy.

What the Supervisory Board did not realize at the time was that, with the departure of the Managing Director combined with the strategy process, there was an acute need for someone to "take the team in tow" and force choices.

The interim CFO who Mandaat deployed for this assignment was not available full-time, but was, in the eyes of the client, the ideal candidate for this role. He was familiar with the sector, the size, the type of organization and he was able to take the final responsibility in a natural way and to empower the management.

After an intensive six months, our interim manager inducted his successor and both the client and the organization looked back on an effective intervention in which a solid foundation was laid for the years to come.
