With a governance background of processes and procedures, I worked for many years in local government in strategy, welfare and HR; then as director of operations at a large national organization in Youth Care. In these seemingly bureaucratic organizations, I always looked for new, simple and sustainable opportunities and solutions for citizens and clients.

I have been manager of business operations at JBR since 2015. Responsible for the internal ins and outs of the agency. My focal points are strategic HR and quality. And these are equally important in government, semi-government and business. Only the color differs.

At the end of a project, I usually hold client evaluations with the client. Precisely because of my independent role, I learn a lot from these candid conversations. This allows us to be better tomorrow than we are today.
