'We can do it'

Did you perhaps recognize my pose? So is Rosie the Riveter in her blue coveralls on the world-famous poster. Rosie is the American World War II cultural icon that symbolizes the millions of women who worked in factories and shipyards while the men went to the front. In this way, the "Rosies" contributed immensely to the Allied victory.

I like that attitude: we put our shoulders to the wheel together and strengthen each other. In short, that is what business operations is to me: we ensure that the business can work effectively.

In recent years, I have had the opportunity to gain experience with the various facets of business operations in a number of different organizations as director of business operations. In addition, earlier in my career I worked offshore, first as project & business controller and later as general manager. As a result, I understand the "business" and the clients of JBR. How nice it is that in this position my entire resume comes together!
