In August 2026, the Bobach Service group, with operations in the Netherlands and Belgium, was sold to the Belgian company De Acto. After more than 20 years of entrepreneurship and growth, the owners of Bobach faced a succession challenge. The acquisition by De Acto secures the company’s future and offers the opportunity to scale up to take on larger projects for clients.
