Formulating a new strategy, selling a subsidiary or group of companies, looking for and then buying a company that matches our client's strategy, valuing a company or activity, structuring (future) financing and/or finding a suitable financier willing to invest in the activities: in my career at a bank, I had to deal with it all. But not nearly as intensively as I do now. At JBR we are not on the sidelines, but in the middle of the playing field and that makes it all the more interesting and challenging.
