... the Management of JBR, consisting of Ronald van Rijn and Iemke Imhof. Through good agenda and mailbox management for Ronald in particular, I ensure that he can distinguish himself. Together with Iemke I am closely involved in a number of internal personnel Events, the quality of JBR, setting up JBR's Intranet, ICT challenges etc.
More and more I can anticipate and 'read' better what everyone's wishes are. The closer to the fire the more interesting the job.
