I have been associated with JBR in various roles since 2000, most recently as the new Director Strategy. In my work, I guide executives and entrepreneurs in strategic choices that determine the future of their organizations.

What drives me is building long-term relationships. For me, working together not only means advising for the client, but especially working with the client. I appreciate the diversity in issues, markets and people, and feel at home in the collegial and human culture that has characterized JBR for years. 

My most memorable project within JBR, developing a strategic plan for roller coaster builder Vekoma, grew into acollaborationwhich lasted more than ten years and included several trajectories. For me, this is a good example of what makes JBR so special: clients who may be less visible to the general public, but who have enormous potential and entrepreneurship within them. As Strategy Director, I work with our young, multidisciplinary team to develop strategies that really help organizations move forward. My approach is analytical, but always with an eye for the people behind the numbers.
