As a Partner within large international Executive Search organizations but also as the owner of a Boutique Search Firm, I have assisted a wide variety of clients in filling senior and executive management positions as an Executive Search Professional since 1988.

In addition, I have frequently been asked to contribute from my broad background to the composition of an SB/RVT and/or SB.

With my own and refreshing view on people and organizations, I dare to challenge and question in order to get to the core. I am well aware that not one situation is the same and that I therefore never stop learning.

In 1980, I completed my studies in Economics, specializing in Marketing & Management, at the Breda University of Applied Science.

From a combined personal and professional interest, I completed the Erasmus University's curriculum for Commissioners and Supervisors in 2015.

Besides shaping the activities within JBR Governance, I focus on strengthening and (further) professionalizing the Supervisory Board through search, evaluation and education. The advisory role of the Supervisory Board is central to this.

I combine my extensive experience as a Headhunter with the abundant knowledge of the sectors and of (Dutch) companies within JBR.

Thus, JBR Governance creates added value in every Search for a Commissioner.
