There are three elements in this quote that are important to me, both in my work and outside of it. Starting with growth, development. For me it is important to be able to grow, learn new things and face challenges. In an environment where this is possible, I feel comfortable. But to do and share this together with other people makes it even more fun. That's why the "together" bit. Finally, a certain structure in this is important to me, in order to make a lasting difference. By working step by step you build a solid foundation. Bring all this together and as far as I'm concerned you get a beautiful, exciting mix that never gets boring!

I got to know JBR in March 2022 during the FSG conference in Groningen. At that time I was in the final phase of my Economics and Finance studies at the University of Groningen. After an interesting workshop and a nice drink with JBR, we agreed to stay in touch. In July 2022, I graduated and moved to Utrecht. The good feeling I had at JBR was confirmed in further conversations with (now) colleagues, and was the deciding factor for me to work here.
