Smooth, clear and transparent invoicing is very important, both to clients and internally. A good understanding of the purpose and content of projects provides enormous added value for this. Partly for this reason, I am very curious about clients' specific questions, their desires and how we try to fulfill them.

Because of our modest structure, I am also consulted on other matters, and where possible I provide the necessary support: from booking business trips to advice on HR.
