Heating Service is a leading installer in the field of mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on heat pump technology. Due to the lack of succession within the company, a sale process was initiated to ensure continuity. There was considerable interest in Heating Service because of its specialized expertise and unique customer base. After careful consideration, the shareholders of Heating Service decided to transfer the company to the VDK Group. An important criterion in the search was that the acquiring party could guarantee both the continuity of the organization and opportunities for the employees, while retaining the identity and culture
