Although you can sometimes achieve quick results individually, it is precisely the power of collaboration that leads to lasting successes. For me, this quote reflects not only the importance of collaboration, but also the value of guidance and building strong relationships, both within JBR and with our clients.

After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics and my Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Groningen, I started the Corporate Finance Traineeship at JBR in September 2024. My first introduction to the company was during an in-house day. The combination of the personal, open atmosphere and the challenging case made a lasting impression on me and immediately gave me the feeling that JBR is a place where I can further develop both personally and professionally.

My broad interests and analytical skills come in handy when solving complex financial issues, but it is the collaboration with my colleagues and the close ties with our clients that make the work truly valuable. Within JBR, I also get the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, which helps me to continuously improve myself and gain new insights. The diversity of projects and activities creates an interesting dynamic, so no day is ever the same. In addition, working at a young and energetic organization like JBR is very enjoyable. It is not only motivating, but also great fun to be part of such an enthusiastic and close-knit team.
