As a receptionist, you are hospitable from the moment you enter until you leave. You are "on" all day, so to speak, and are constantly attentive to what guests and colleagues need. They must be able to count on you every day. Occasionally chaotic and busy, I love that! Not losing the overview and setting the right priorities at that moment and all that with a smile, that's what I stand for!
