Corporate Finance Internship
32-40 hours
Are you working on your master's degree and looking for an instructive (graduation) internship? Where you learn a lot because you work directly on challenging assignments? And are you looking for a close team of colleagues with a professional but informal working atmosphere? Then we would like to meet you!
Does this make you happy?
You deal with issues that entrepreneurs wrangle over: What is my business worth? Will this investment pay for itself? Is now the right time to sell my business and what does the potential buyer landscape look like? Should we finance our growth with equity or debt? Specifically, this means you'll deal with such things as:
- Creating quotations and preparing customer presentations
- Preparation of sales and investment memoranda
- Creating financial analyses and models
- Supervision of due diligence processes
You will work in a project team in which you can work independently. As an intern at JBR, you will immediately take part and be given responsibilities, but always in combination with proper guidance and learning opportunities. At JBR, everyone's opinion counts and we like to learn from each other. We like to be inspired by your opinion and vision.
Who are you?
- You are doing a master's degree in Finance, Econometrics, Financial Management or something similar
- You have an interest in Corporate Finance and Consulting
- You are available for four to six months for 32-40 hours per week
- You have analytical skills and can articulate issues clearly and articulately
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing
- You are precise and have an eye for detail
- You are ambitious, proactive and want to learn a lot
