Business Developer

32-40 hours

As a Business Developer, you are the person who takes care of project follow-up and new client acquisition.

  • You will be responsible for identifying, approaching and attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You always do this in coordination with colleagues and partners.
  • You will do this through mailing campaigns, writing knowledge articles, and thinking about and executing events, among other things.
  • You track market trends and important developments in our sectors.
  • This is how you make sure the prospect funnel for colleagues stays filled.
  • Team Business Development consists of two people. Furthermore, you will work closely with our marketer.

 

What makes this position fun?

  • You deal with almost everyone in the organization, PAs, receptionists and business office, as well as partners, sector heads and consultants. Everyone knows how to find you, and vice versa 😉 .
  • In addition to people, you will have to deal with many different aspects in our company: making and analyzing commercial analyses, optimizing online marketing and findability, supporting the organization of and being present at events and fairs, writing articles, setting up mailing campaigns, regular consultations with sector heads and partners, and carrying out project evaluations. Thus, no week is the same as a bussiness developer!
  • You have a very nice and inspiring workplace in Zeist. We work hard, but fun at the office and personal attention are just as important. We often have drinks, outings and team activities. We have spacious workspaces and our own bar in the building. We take our afternoon walk around Slot Zeist. There is also a fresh lunch at the office every day and a well-stocked fruit basket.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

  • Academic work and thinking level and analytically strong
  • Knowledge of marketing/social media tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn and Google Analytics
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft programs such as PowerPoint, Excel and Dynamics
  • You are creative, come up with surprising initiatives and have an eye for commercial opportunities
  • Communicative strong, both in Dutch and English
  • You enjoy working together
