In terms of technology, the food & agri sector is not standing still. On the contrary. Automation and the use of data are increasingly being applied throughout the chain. Both in the field and in the processing and distribution of crops and products.
JBR's Food & Agri team has written an article on the use of robots and cobots in the production process. With the central question: can we maintain, and perhaps even improve, the quality of our food with the use of robots? We address the five main challenges involved in using robots in the industry.
JBR Governance: Marianne Kopp new commissioner at Vekoma Rides.
Effective July 1, 2023, Marianne Kopp joined the Supervisory Board of Vekoma Rides. JBR Governance was able to contribute to strengthening the Supervisory Board with the appointment of Marianne. This proves how professional support and good governance play a crucial role in the success of an organization.
Five years ago, JBR, successfully assisted Vekoma Rides in its sale to Japan's Sansei Technologies.

JBR helped prepare an investor presentation, set up a financial model, identify and approach potential investors, as well as negotiate and advise on structuring the deal, preparing the term sheet and final transaction documentation.
