Bracamonte Convenient Kitchen is a specialist in food to go, producing fresh wraps, sandwiches, poke bowls, yogurts and salads with more than 100 chefs.

  • In 2019, it acquired Sushi Ran to expand its product portfolio
  • On June 30, 2021, BCK acquired a minority stake in StarCuisine
  • BCK and StarCuisine continue to operate independently with the ambition of becoming Western Europe's best ready meal and food-to-go specialist Both companies share the same family values and embrace their long association with employees, suppliers and customers

Bracamonte Convenient Kitchen (BCK) in Weesp, specialist in food to go, has taken a strategic stake in StarCuisine. This will enable both companies to offer better customer solutions and strengthen each other in the convenience market.

BCK and StarCuisine will continue to operate independently and have the ambition to develop new products, techniques and sales channels in both retail and foodservice together. Both companies have the ambition to prove that convenience products can also be really tasty and healthy, so that our customers stay ahead with ever broader and better convenience solutions.

Fernand Molenschot (commercial & culinary director StarCuisine): "We've noticed for a while that customers have been needing more and more diverse solutions. To be able to support our relations even better in this, we were looking for a way to realize this."
