The Hazard Factory (THF) is a Belgian company that provides a learning platform for Virtual Reality safety training in high-risk industries. Thanks to interactive VR scenarios, real-life experiences are simulated in which participants must learn to correctly recognize hazards and respond appropriately. THF successfully raised funding in a Series A financing round with a consortium of private investors.
JBR assisted THF's founder in drafting the strategy, setting up a financial model and identifying and approaching potential investors, as well as negotiating and drafting the new shareholder agreement.

The Hazard Factory offers lifelike, interative learning environments where VR headsets and accessories allow participant to freely move and interact in situations.
