GrafiMedics B.V. acquires Hamilton Medical Nederland B.V., a leading distributor of high-performance respirators for Intensive Cares, ambulances, trauma helicopters and defense, among others.
This is the Dutch distributor of Swiss manufacturer Hamilton Medical.
A key requirement that the buyer had to meet was that it could guarantee continuity of supply to Hamilton Medical's customers.
