Blue Ocean Capital, a European transportation and port infrastructure investment company, announces that it has acquired Danser Group ("Danser") from its current owners. The transaction was completed in March 2022.

Blue Ocean Capital, a European transportation and port infrastructure investment company, announces that it has acquired Danser Group ("Danser") from its current owners. The transaction was completed in March 2022.
Danser is a leading independent provider of logistics solutions for the transportation of containers, offering multimodal logistics solutions such as barge, rail, truck, project and complementary services. Danser operates mainly in Northwest Europe and transported more than 1.6 million TEUs in 2021.
