Max Kisman started as Senior Consultant Corporate Finance at JBR

With over six years of experience in M&A and debt advisory, he brings broad financial expertise to the team. Max started his career as an intern at a corporate finance boutique and developed into a senior consultant there, focusing on mid-market transactions in various sectors.

The move to JBR came about through a recruiter. Max: "JBR is a larger boutique with an international focus. That attracted me. Working on complex issues, traveling, meeting people - that suits me. Moreover, the dealsizes at JBR are considerable. I consciously talked to several colleagues before taking the step. It felt right away: professional and open, with room for personal input."

With his sharp financial eye and connecting style, Max strengthens the JBR team in a variety of corporate finance projects - from business valuation and sales guidance to strategic restructurings and international buy-and-build strategies.
